A maximum of 8 players. Our experience does not allow adding additional players. For larger groups you will need to book consecutive sessions.
Will this cause me any discomfort?
Every element of the system is designed to give you an immersive experience without the discomfort typically associated with virtual reality systems.
Since changing our headsets in November 2016, 0.02% of our players have withdrawn due to motion sickness.
Is there an age requirement?
The minimum age is between 10 and 13 years old depending on the game and the sensitivity of each person. Zombie type games are reserved for people over 13 years old. Our other games can be played from 10 years old.
How do you move around in the game?
Our experiences will allow you to move freely in a room the size of a tennis court. You walk in the game like you walk in real life.
Is it necessary to book online?
No, it is not mandatory. You can go there to book your experience. However, we strongly recommend booking your experience online as you may not find an available session if you do not book in advance.
Can I play Zero Latency experiences elsewhere?
Our experiments are all exclusively carried out by or for Zero Latency network. You will therefore only be able to play them in one of our many Zero Latency locations around the world!

What time should I arrive?

What happens if I arrive late?
We will do our best to ensure you have the best experience possible. However, late arrival may result in your session being shortened or even canceled.
Is there somewhere to store my belongings?
Yes. Our briefing room is locked during your session. You can leave all your belongings there. They will be safe there.
Is there somewhere my family can wait?
Yes. There is a large space in the lobby for your family to wait if they are not playing.
Can I wear glasses?
Our VR headset fits normal sized glasses. However, we recommend that you wear contact lenses for the best experience.
Accessibility
Is it good for children?
Some of our experiences can be played from the age of 10.
Can I use a wheelchair?
Unfortunately no. You will need to be able to move around, unassisted, for at least half an hour, with full use of both hands.
Can I participate if I am pregnant?
You can participate even if you are pregnant. We will take care of you during the session. However, we strongly recommend that you avoid our experiences during your 3rd trimester. There is a very slight risk of falling or being hit by another participant.
Can I wear my hearing aids?
We use headphones for sound. If your hearing aids are compatible with this type of headphones, it should work.
